​The Westborough Fire Department was established in 1842 and since then has served the community providing an all hazards response to any emergency that arises.  Throughout time the demands on operational readiness have increased vastly to accommodate today’s world.  These operations needs include fire suppression, technical rescue, hazardous materials response, emergency medical services as well as management of the 911 Center, Emergency Management, and the Community Risk Reduction Unit.  

As the demand for complex services increase, so does the need for a diverse amount of equipment and training.  The Westborough Fire Foundation was created to support the vast needs of Westborough Fire Department to enhance health and safety for the members, provide life safety equipment to better serve the community, and provide opportunities to see that our department can provide the best training opportunities possible.

Through your contributions the Westborough Fire Foundation will be able to foster preparedness, mitigation, response
 and recovery for the fire department and the town. ​
